Stir-fried Mixed Vegetables

Carrots are cooked in water.

Cook the fungus and greens together, remove and drain for later use.

Ingredients: carrots, fungus, corn kernels, hot green vegetables, chopped garlic, chopped green onion.

Stir-fry the garlic with peanut oil.
5.
Stir the fungus and corn kernels together for a while.
6.
Stir the greens and carrots evenly in the pan.
7.
Season with salt and oyster sauce.
8.
Platter.
