Stir-fried Multigrain Rice with Salted Duck Egg and Seasonal Vegetables

Carrots, cut into small pieces.

Dried shallots, shredded or finely chopped.

Cabbage, shredded.

The whole salted duck eggs can be mashed in a bowl, and you can use a spoon to make it better.
