Stir-fried Mung Bean Sprouts

Wash the green onion, ginger, and pepper

Tips:
The whole process needs high heat. The bean sprouts are poured and stir-fried for a few times to mature. Don't stir-fry for too long, otherwise there will be no crunchy taste.
