Stir-fried Mung Bean Sprouts

First process the ingredients, wash the mung bean sprouts, and soak them for a while if you have time. Green chili and dried red chili are cut into rings, green onion and ginger are cut and set aside

Heat up the pan and heat the oil, add the green chilies, dried red chilies, and green onion ginger to sauté.
