Stir-fried Mushroom and Taro with Chinese Chive Bacon

Stir-fry minced ginger garlic and chopped pepper in hot oil, add sliced bacon and stir fry for oil

Add the chopped mushrooms and taro and stir-fry, drizzle in some light soy sauce

Add salt, add dried chili and fry until fragrant, add leeks before boiling
Tips:
1. The leeks inside can also be replaced with chives;
2. If you don't like spicy chili, you can remove it.
