Stir-fried Mushroom with Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs, add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine and marinate for half an hour

Wash the miscellaneous mushrooms and boil it in boiling water.

Wash ginger, onion, garlic, and millet pepper

Soak the fungus in water first, and then stir-fry in a dry pan

Pour oil in hot pan and saute ginger and garlic

Stir-fry until the ribs change color, then pour in the mushrooms, continue to stir fry, stir fry a few times and add half a bowl of water
