I really like this dish when I eat it in a restaurant, and try it at home. The taste is almost the same as the restaurant. Friends who like fungus may wish to give it a try."

Stir-fried Mushrooms

1. Wash the eryngii mushrooms, dry them, and cut into strips for later use

2. Cut the beautiful pepper into sections, slice the garlic, cut the green onion and set aside

3. Wash the mushrooms, squeeze dry, and slice them for later

4. Put vegetable oil in a non-stick pan, add pleurotus eryngii and fry until slightly yellow

5. Fry until slightly yellow, remove the oil control

6. Pour a little oil in the wok, add chopped green onion, garlic slices, and chili to make a scent

7. Pour the shiitake mushrooms and stir fry

8. Put in light soy sauce

9. Add oyster sauce, a little salt, and appropriate amount of water

10. Pour the eryngii mushrooms and continue to fry

11. When the soup is dry, add the leeks or green garlic to enhance the flavor, turn off the heat and bring out the pot

12. The delicious fried miscellaneous mushrooms are finished.

Tips:

1. The fungus ingredients have a natural sweetness. Oyster sauce and light soy sauce already have a salty taste. Just add a little salt to avoid affecting the taste.
2. When frying Pleurotus eryngii, use low heat to fry slowly, and fry until it is slightly yellow. Do not fry until it is too dry, otherwise the taste will be too tough.
