Stir-fried Mushrooms with Bacon

Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.

Remove the seeds of the red pepper, wash and cut into small pieces, cut the garlic into small pieces, and cut the spicy green rice into circles for later use.

Wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices.

Tips:
1. The artificially cultivated mushrooms are best blanched in water to remove some pesticides.
