Stir-fried Mushrooms with Broccoli
1.
Prepare all the ingredients.
2.
Wash the broccoli, break it into palatable florets, and soak in light salt water for 15 minutes.
3.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices with uniform thickness.
4.
Clean the green and red peppers, remove the stems and seeds, change the knife and cut into chunks, cut the garlic into thin slices, and cut the green onions into rings.
5.
Put clean water in the pot, boil on high heat until boiling, add a little salt and cooking oil, then put the broccoli in a boiling water pot, blanch for about 30 seconds, remove it and immerse it in cold water to cool down, then drain the water for later use.
6.
Heat the pot, add a proper amount of cooking oil, when the oil is slightly hot, put the chopped green onion in the pot and stir-fry on a medium-to-low heat to create a fragrance.
7.
Put the mushrooms in a pot and stir-fry on medium heat. With heating, a lot of water will gradually come out of the mushrooms. Stir-fry the mushrooms until they become soft.
8.
Pour the drained broccoli into the pot and stir-fry evenly over high heat.
9.
Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and a little salt to the pot, stir fry evenly. Oyster sauce is salty, so put less salt.
10.
Put the green and red peppers in the pot, stir-fry for about 20 seconds on high heat, and stir-fry the green and red peppers until they are raw.
Tips:
1. Blanching broccoli can reduce the cooking time, and the taste will be more crisp and tender. When blanching the water, add a little cooking oil and a little salt to the water to keep the broccoli's emerald green color.
2. Cut the mushroom into thin slices, which makes it easier to cook. Stir-fried mushrooms for a long time will destroy their nutritional value, and they will also tend to turn black.
3. Green and red peppers are only for color matching, if not, you can leave them alone.
