Mushrooms are delicious no matter how they are cooked. They are usually fried with meat, but today I changed to vegetarian stir-fry with some green peppers. The stir-fry is also very appetizing.

Stir-fried Mushrooms with Green Peppers

1. Prepare the mushrooms and wash them

2. Cut green peppers

3. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant

4. Add mushrooms

5. Stir fry with some soy sauce and chili

6. Add green pepper

7. Season with salt

8. Loading

Tips:

1. Put the mushrooms in the pot, add soy sauce and burn it for more fragrant;
2. Put the green peppers afterwards, add green peppers to make the meal more appetizing.
