Stir-fried Mushrooms with Small Pumpkin

1. The small pumpkin is also called half a round zucchini.

2. Ingredients: sliced small pumpkin, soaked mushrooms, garlic.

3. Put oil in the pan to saute the garlic.

4. Pour the shiitake mushrooms and stir fry until fragrant.

5. Finally, add a little pumpkin and stir fry with a little salt.
