Stir-fried Mushrooms with Small Pumpkin

The small pumpkin is also called half a round zucchini.

Ingredients: sliced small pumpkin, soaked mushrooms, garlic.

Put oil in the pan to saute the garlic.

Pour the shiitake mushrooms and stir fry until fragrant.
