Stir-fried Mustard Greens

Wash the mustard greens, blanch them in boiling water for one minute, remove and drain the water, cut into thin slices and set aside

Heat the pan with cold oil, stir-fry the mustard greens evenly, add salt and a little chicken essence to taste

Add the seasonings and stir-fry evenly before being out of the pan

Tips:
Blanch the mustard greens first and stir-fry over high heat!
