Stir-fried Mustard Greens with Lard Residue

Wash the mustard greens and cut into sections

After boiling water in the pot, add mustard greens

Remove after being cooked, over cold water

Fry in a hot pan, lard and garlic

After frying until golden brown, add mustard greens and stir fry, then add salt and oyster sauce, stir fry, and finally add chicken powder and stir fry evenly
