Stir-fried Mustard with Mushrooms

Ingredients: shredded mustard tuber, fresh shiitake mushrooms (washed)

Put the cleaned fresh shiitake mushrooms on the chopping board and cut them.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the cut fresh mushrooms and stir fry.

Then, add the mustard shreds and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.

Saute and stir well, serve.
