Yesterday I went to Auchan Supermarket and bought some fresh mushrooms that I was planning to use to stir-fry cabbage cores. When I was cooking bamboo shoots, my son came in and saw fresh shiitake mushrooms on the stove. He asked if I could stir-fry with mustard pickles. I replied :sure! Then the second dish is [fried mustard with mushrooms]. . .

Stir-fried Mustard with Mushrooms

1. Ingredients: shredded mustard tuber, fresh shiitake mushrooms (washed)

2. Put the cleaned fresh shiitake mushrooms on the chopping board and cut them.

3. Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the cut fresh mushrooms and stir fry.

4. Then, add the mustard shreds and stir fry.

5. Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

6. Add the right amount of MSG.

7. Saute and stir well, serve.

Tips:

Add seasonings according to your taste.
