Stir-fried Noodles with Carrots

Peel and shred carrots.

Boil the vermicelli thoroughly, remove and drain the water, and cut a few times with scissors.

Cut garlic into minced pieces.

Put a pot on the fire, add a little base oil, stir-fry the bean paste when the oil is 50% warm, and let it out.

In a separate pot, add large oil (I use vegetable oil), add minced garlic and stir fry until fragrant, then add carrots and stir-fry until broken.

Add the vermicelli, pour in the fragrant bean paste and stir fry evenly.
7.
Add a little water, salt, monosodium glutamate (the vegetables I use are fresh so they are green), sugar sets the taste, and stir-fry evenly.
8.
Pour in a little sesame oil at the end and put it out of the pan.
