Stir-fried Noodles with Potato Shreds

Prepare ingredients

Noodle rolls warm, cut into strips

Potato grating

Soak in water to remove starch

Control dry moisture

Pour oil in a hot pan, sauté the onion, ginger, garlic and pepper powder, add shredded potatoes and stir fry
