Stir-fried Noodles with Tomato and Beef

Put the sliced noodles in hot water, cook them, remove them and put them aside in cold water.

Put a small amount of oil in the pan (I don’t like too much oil). After it’s hot, add onion and ginger, sauté until fragrant, add tomatoes and green peppers, and sauté until the tomatoes are almost melted. Add beef, light soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt, stir-fry well, remove the noodles, stir-fry in the pan, taste the saltiness, and if it is ok, put the coriander out of the pan.
Tips:
I make this dish rather casually. I don't like to add chicken essence to consume fuel, and there are so many sauces and bacon dishes.
