Stir-fried Noodles with Tomatoes and Eggs

Prepare the materials.

Cook the noodles first, not too high a heat. Then pass the cooked noodles through cold water. Pour a little salad oil and stir to avoid sticking together

Fry the eggs first. Pour the side dishes into the pot and stir fry, add the scrambled eggs when they are half cooked. Pour in the noodles and stir fry together, add a pinch of fresh soy sauce, vinegar and salt. I don't like MSG and I don't put chicken essence.

When it comes out of the pot, it’s great with a cup of fragrant rose tea, better than the ones bought outside.
Tips:
After putting in the noodles, it is best to stir with chopsticks to avoid shoveling the noodles.
