Stir Fried Octopus

Remove eyes and internal organs, then scrub with salt and wash them, cut into sections and set aside.

Boil the octopus section with cold water.

Put a little oil in the pan, add garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant

Add green onions and chili and stir fry for a while
5.
Then add the octopus that has just been broken off, and stir-fry for 1 minute to serve.
Tips:
When frying the octopus, the time should not be too long, 1-2 minutes is enough, but it is not too old.
