Stir-fried Okra with Fish-flavored Water Chestnuts

1. Water chestnuts cut into small cubes

2. Finely chop green onion, ginger and garlic; cut okra into small pieces and set aside

3. Stir-fry the ground meat in a frying pan, add the onion, ginger, garlic and sauté

4. Stir fry with bean paste & tomato sauce

5. Add the rest of the seasonings and half a bowl of water to simmer to taste

6. Slightly boiled diced water chestnuts

7. Add the okra, stir fry, add a little salt to taste and serve.

Tips:

★ The natural thickening technique of okra is amazing. After the vegetables are cooled, they will not return to water.
