Stir-fried Okra with Garlic

Wash the okra and blanch it in water, remove it when it turns emerald green, and leave it in cool water.

The okra after the cold water is cut into hob pieces.

Finely chop garlic.

Light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, minced garlic, add appropriate amount of water and stir to make a juice.
5.
Heat up a pot and add a few peppers and a little garlic until fragrant.
6.
Pour the mixed juice into the pot.
7.
Bring the sauce to a boil, pour in the okra and stir fry.
8.
Stir an appropriate amount and harvest the juice before serving.
