Stir-fried Organic Cauliflower with Green Peppers

Prepare cauliflower and green peppers.

Wash the cauliflower and cut into small flowers.
3.
Pick and wash the green peppers and cut them into chunks.

Peel the garlic and cut into slices.
5.
Pour a little vegetable oil into the wok and heat it up.

Add garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.

Add the cauliflower and stir fry for a while.

Add the green peppers and stir fry together.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, cover the pot and bring to a boil on high heat, simmer for a while on low heat, until the cauliflower is cooked.
