Stir-fried Oyster Mushroom with Leek and Shredded Pork

1. Ingredients: Pleurotus ostreatus (washed), leeks (washed and cut into sections), cooked pork (shredded)

2. Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat, add the cut cooked pork, and add some light soy sauce.
