Stir-fried Oyster Mushroom with Tofu in Leek Oil

Ingredients: oyster mushrooms, oiled tofu, chives (washed and cut into sections)

Rip the oyster mushrooms and clean them, remove them for later use.

Put the oily tofu on the chopping board and cut it.

Heat the oil in the saucepan, add the chopped leeks and oiled tofu and stir fry.

Then, combine the washed oyster mushrooms and stir fry.
