Stir-fried Pea Tips
1.
Pick the tender part of fresh peas tips, wash and drain the water for later use (if it is just on the market, basically don’t pick it)
2.
Tear dried chili into sections and slice garlic
3.
Heat the pan with oil, sauté dried chili and garlic over medium heat until fragrant
4.
Turn the pea tips to high heat and stir fry
5.
Pour a little light soy sauce and salt before going abroad and mix well (you can also add salt without the light soy sauce)
