Stir-fried Peas with Mushrooms

1. Prepare the materials first

2. The shiitake mushrooms are soaked in warm water in advance and cut into slices (fresh shiitake mushrooms can also be used)

3. Blanch the peas in boiling water for 2 minutes and remove

4. Carrots, green and red peppers are cut into small cubes, garlic is finely chopped

5. Mix starch with a little water and set aside
