Stir-fried Pleurotus Eryngii with Pork Belly

Wash the pork belly and cut into slices, add light soy sauce, starch, and oil to mix evenly and marinate for 15 minutes.

Pick and wash the green peppers and cut them into pieces.

Wash the eryngii mushrooms and cut them into slices.

1. The nutrients of Pleurotus eryngii are more fully developed after being oiled.
