Stir-fried Plum Beans with Pickled Vegetables

Ingredients: Meidou (picked and washed), pickled vegetables (washed and cut)

Pour the picked and washed plum beans into a pot of water, blanch until cooked, remove.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the sliced pickled vegetables and stir fry.

Next, stir-fry the blanched plum beans.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.
