Stir-fried Pork Belly Four Diced

Ingredients: potatoes, cucumbers, red peppers, green peppers, pork belly, garlic.

Dice potatoes, cucumbers, red peppers, green peppers, pork belly, and mince garlic.

Heat the pan with cold oil, and stir-fry the diced pork belly.

Stir until the pork belly spit in oil, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add Knorr Hot Stir-Fry Fresh Dew and stir-fry evenly.

Add diced potatoes and continue to stir fry.

When the diced pork belly is fry till fragrant, and the diced potatoes are ripe to eighty percent ripe, add salt and pepper powder to taste (the pork belly I used is more fat and thinner, and some fat is simmered, and I grate it out a bit).

Add the diced cucumber and stir fry.

Finally, add the red pepper and diced green pepper, continue to stir-fry, when the diced potatoes are mature, add chicken essence and stir well, turn off the heat and bring out the pot.

Tips:
1. Knorr hot fried fresh dew has a salty taste, so pay attention to the amount of salt when seasoning.
2. The order of adding vegetables is determined according to the maturity of the vegetables.
3. Potatoes are not easy to ripen, so it takes longer to fry. I use flour potatoes.
4. The pork belly I used was fat and thin, so I simmered some fat and grate it out.
