Stir-fried Pork Belly with Bamboo Shoots

Wash and slice the soaked winter bamboo shoots.

Cut all other materials for later use.

Heat oil in a pan, add pork belly and stir-fry to get the oil.

Pour in garlic and dried red pepper and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

Add the winter bamboo shoots and fry for two minutes.

Add green peppers.
