Stir-fried Pork Belly with Beans

Soak the beans in cold water for 5 minutes, then wash and drain. Cut the pork belly into thin slices, cut the pepper into circles, and chop garlic for later use.

Heat up the pot, add the bean scallops and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. This step is to fry the pots of scallops with air, which is not so sour. After sautéing, serve out and set aside

Heat the wok, put the pork belly in the pot and stir-fry, and deep-fry the pork belly, making the pork belly less fat and more fragrant

After frying the pork belly to a certain degree according to your preference, set aside the pork belly, add garlic and red hot pepper and stir-fry for about 1 minute

Pour in the beans and stir fry together for about 1 minute

Pour in an appropriate amount of water, sprinkle a little salt (the bean itself is salted, so you only need to put a small amount of salt), boil the water, pour light soy sauce on it, and put it on a plate.
Tips:
1. If the oil for frying pork belly is not enough, you can also add a proper amount of cooking oil;
2. According to personal preference, ginger and garlic leaves can also be added;
