Stir-fried Pork Belly with Black Fungus and Onion

Ingredients: black fungus, pork belly, onion, green onion, ginger, coriander sticks.

Boil water in a pot, blanch the soaked black fungus with boiling water and remove it for later use.

Cut onion into pieces, slice pork belly, chop green onion and ginger, and cut parsley stalk into small pieces.
