Stir-fried Pork Belly with Cabbage

Shred the green pepper and ginger, pat the garlic sprouts with a kitchen knife and cut into sections.

Tear large pieces of cabbage by hand, wash and drain.

Heat a wok with a little oil, put the pork belly in the wok and stir fry to get the oil.

Stir-fry pork belly until browned, add shredded ginger and tempeh and sauté until fragrant.

Add green pepper and garlic sprouts and stir fry.

Pour the cabbage into the pot and stir fry, add a small bowl of boiling water.

When the cabbage is cooked soft and cooked, add a spoonful of salt.

A spoonful of light soy sauce.
9.
Add half a spoon of balsamic vinegar.
10.
Stir the seasoning evenly, turn off the heat and take out.
11.
Stir-fried pork belly with cabbage.
