Stir-fried Pork Belly with Cowpeas

Remove the two ends of the fresh cowpea stalks, soak in water and rinse, dry the water, and cut into cowpea sections of about 4 cm.

Peel off the skins of onion and garlic, clean them, and cut them into chopped green onion and garlic slices. Clean the pork belly and cut it into evenly thick slices of pork belly.

Add the right amount of peanut oil into the hot pan, add the pork belly slices and fry until the color changes, then add the chopped green onion and garlic slices to fragrant, cook the right amount of cooking wine and light soy sauce, stir and fry evenly.

Pour in the cut cowpea segments and stir-fry evenly over medium-low heat to make them color and water.

Stir-fry until the cowpeas are broken, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and salt and continue to stir-fry evenly.

If you are worried that the cowpea is not cooked, you can add a little water and stir fry for a while and then turn off the heat.
