Father-in-law and mother-in-law plant some lettuce every winter. They can be harvested in April and May. Look for good weather. After harvesting, peel off the skin of lettuce and cut into thick slices to dry. It is best to dry the lettuce on the same day. It can maintain a relatively green color. If it doesn’t dry that day and needs to be dried the next day, the color will not look good, but the taste will remain the same. Dried lettuce is soaked in water and then served cold or fried. It is delicious, especially when it is stir-fried with pork belly. After seasoning with light soy sauce, the thick oil sauce is red, and the dried lettuce absorbs the aroma of the meat and chews it up. It's khaki, it's very fragrant~"
