Stir-fried Pork Belly with Garlic Leaves
1.
The pork belly slices should be thinner and not too thick (thickness will not produce oil)
Cut the garlic leaves into sections as white as garlic
2.
Put the oil in the hot pan, and start the garlic to become fragrant.
3.
Add the pork belly and fry until the oil comes out. When the oil is about 7 minutes, the fried pork belly is the most fragrant and the most delicious.
4.
The oil is almost black on the picture
5.
Add soy sauce and stir fry for a while
6.
Put in the dark soy sauce and stir fry for a while to put the last garlic leaves, stir fry the garlic leaves until 9 minutes are cooked, add salt chicken essence and stir fry to get out of the pot
Tips:
My baby and I don’t like very fatty pork belly, so my pork belly will have a relatively dry oil. If you like to eat a little oilier, you can get the oil to 5 minutes.
