Stir-fried Pork Belly with Garlic Moss

Ingredients: garlic moss, pork belly, ginger.

Slice the pork belly, cut the ginger into shredded ginger, wash the garlic moss and cut into sections.

Pour oil into the pot, add pork belly, and stir-fry on low heat.

Add ginger and stir fry.

Add cooking wine and light soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry pork belly.

Color the pork belly evenly, add garlic moss and stir fry.

Add pepper and salt, stir fry until the garlic moss is ripe and turn off the heat.

Tips:
The garlic moss is relatively tender, and it can be out of the pot when it is eighth mature. Using the residual heat, the garlic moss will reach nine mature.
