Stir-fried Pork Belly with Green Garlic
1.
Prepare the ingredients, pinch off the garlic, remove the old leaves, wash and control the water. Cut the garlic white into sections with a hob (the hob cut means to cut the white garlic and turn it around, so that the dish is easy to taste)
2.
The green part of the garlic is also cut into sections with a hob, and the tail of the garlic can be cut into small sections. Cut the pork belly into small pieces as big as green garlic, and serve on a plate for later use
3.
Heat the wok with sunflower oil. When the oil is 50% hot, add the pork belly and stir-fry until the pork belly turns white.
4.
Pour the white garlic and stir-fry for a while, stir-fry the white garlic until soft, add the green garlic
5.
Stir in the light soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir-fry for a while, add salt and chicken essence to taste and stir well, then it can be out of the pan.
