Stir-fried Pork Belly with Hang Pepper

1. Half a cooked pork belly, I removed the large chunks of fat on the surface

2. Pork belly cut into strips

3. Wash hang peppers and slice diagonally

4. Sliced green onion, ginger and garlic, cut off red pepper

5. Heat oil in a pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and chili to fry until fragrant

6. Lower pork belly

7. Stir fry a few times and add light soy sauce

8. Stir fry for a while, fry the aroma

9. Add hang pepper and stir fry a few times

10. Season with salt

11. Stir fry until the pepper is broken

12. The finished product is salty and slightly spicy.
