Stir-fried Pork Belly with Lettuce

Ingredients: cooked pork belly (cut), lettuce (peeled and washed)

Put the cleaned lettuce on the chopping board and cut into thicker shreds.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add the cut lettuce and stir fry until cooked.

Next, add the cooked pork belly that has been cut and stir fry.
5.
Then, add 0.5 tablespoon light soy sauce.
6.
Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.
7.
Stir-fry well and serve.
