Sometimes I found out after inadvertently matching and cooking delicious dishes. It turns out that this is also okay. Many times are lunches for one person. Just like this, the original ingredients are pieced together and fried into a bowl, which is nutritious and delicious.

Stir-fried Pork Belly with Pleurotus Eryngii

1. Wash the green peppers and pleurotus eryngii to prepare cooked pork belly

2. Cut the ingredients into strips

3. Prepare garlic slices and ginger slices

4. Pour the bottom oil into the pot, stir-fry the pork belly with warm oil

5. Then add the eryngii mushrooms and stir-fry until it is fragrant

6. Add ginger and garlic slices and sauté

7. Pour in the green peppers and stir fry to create a fragrance

8. Fortified wine

9. Add salt and stir fry evenly

10. Add chili sauce and stir fry

11. Add sugar and stir-fry evenly, then out of the pan

Tips:

1. Different ingredients should be added in sequence throughout the cooking process;
2. The chili sauce and sugar are enough to taste, I didn't add chicken essence.
