Stir-fried Pork Belly with Shiitake Mushrooms

Prepare the ingredients and cut the pork belly into whole slices, as do the shiitake mushrooms.

When the pan is hot, put the pork belly in the pan and fry it golden.

After the pork is fried, add the shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.

Put in a bowl of water, add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce, cover the pot and cook on high heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Add the green onions and leave the pot.
Tips:
Shiitake mushrooms are best bought fresh, they taste smoother
