Stir-fried Pork Belly with Spicy Cabbage

1. Sliced pork belly.

2. Blanch the pork belly in boiling water and remove it for later use.

3. Prepare the spicy cabbage, I used my own pickled spicy cabbage.

4. Put the bottom oil in the pot, heat the oil and put the scallion and ginger into the pot.

5. After the scallion and ginger aroma comes out, add pork belly and stir fry.

6. After the pork belly changes color, add spicy cabbage and stir fry.

7. To make the spicy cabbage more flavorful, add a little spicy cabbage marinade.

8. Just add MSG before serving.
