Stir-fried Pork Intestines with Garlic

After the pig intestine is degrease, pour it into flour to grab, wash, knead, rub, and clean it. This is my method of washing pig intestines. Of course, you can also wash it in your own way, as long as it is clean.

Of course, the washed pig intestines are boiled in the pot, and they are taken out and washed again.

Use a pressure cooker if you don’t have time. Put the pig intestines in the pot, add appropriate amount of water, add salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce and star anise, cook until the pig intestines are lightly pierced with chopsticks
