Stir-fried Pork Liver Slices

After soaking the liver in water, slice it, add starch, light soy sauce, and a small amount of oil to marinate

Tips:
1. After buying the liver, soak it in clean water more, it will soak a lot of blood water, change the water several times!
2. Don't cook pork liver for too long, otherwise you will get old!
3. There is no onion at home, it will taste better if you add some onions!
