Stir-fried Pork Liver with Lentil and Yuba

Ingredients: yuba (soaked)

Pork liver

Lentils (picked and washed)

Put the pork liver on the cutting board and cut into slices.

Soak it in clean water as much as possible to remove blood from the liver.

Afterwards, the liver is rinsed clean, some water is controlled dry, and some cooking wine, salt, and starch are added.

Grab it well and set aside.

Place the soaked yuba on the chopping board and cut into sections.

Boil the lentils and yuba in boiling water and remove.
10.
Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the pork liver and stir fry.

Then, stir-fry the lentils and yuba.
12.
Then, add some light soy sauce and salt.
13.
Stir-fry well and serve.
