Stir-fried Pork Loin

Cut the pork kidneys and soak them in clean water for one hour, changing the water several times in between.

Blanch the pork kidneys and remove them. Control the net water for later use.

Heat the oil, pass the pork kidneys over the oil, remove and set aside.

Heat oil, chopped green onion in a pan, add sweet noodle sauce and saute until fragrant, add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, and sugar to fry until fragrant.

Put the pork kidneys and stir-fry quickly on high heat to collect the thick soup. Drizzle a little vinegar along the side of the pot.

Just add minced garlic before serving.
