Stir-fried Pork Loin

Prepare the pork loin.

Wash and slice.
3.
Add salt, cornstarch and cooking wine to marinate.
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.
5.
Add pork loin.
6.
Stir fry to change color.
7.
Add chives.
8.
Stir fry a few more times.
9.
Plate.
Tips:
1. Remove the white fascia inside the pork loin, otherwise it will have a stinky smell.
2. The pork loin is marinated to remove the peculiar smell and make the meat more smooth and tender.
3. When frying, use high heat to fry quickly, it will not taste good when it is old.
