Stir-fried Pork Lung with Hot Peppers
1.
Wash and slice pig lungs, wash the lungs with water, and drain the water
2.
Pour more oil in the pot (the lungs are very oily), heat the oil, add the ginger and garlic, then pour it into the lungs and stir for a longer time. Stir until the oil is almost dry, pour in the peppers, add some salt, and fry until the peppers are cooked, then add some chicken essence and cook.
Tips:
I bought brined pig lungs, and I was afraid that others might not wash them clean, so I washed them after I cut them to remove the blood from the blood vessels. Pork lungs need to be stir-fried dry and fragrant, but if you don't like it, you can stir it for a while.
