Stir-fried Pork Ribs with Cowpeas

Wash both ends of the cowpea and cut into sections.

After blanching the ribs, remove and drain the water.

Heat the pan, add oil, add ginger ribs and stir fry for a while.

Add soy sauce, salt and pepper powder, chicken essence, garlic cloves and green onions to color and season.

Add appropriate amount of water to boil, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for a while.

Add the cowpeas, mix well, cover and simmer for a while.
7.
Stew until the cowpea is cooked, then serve on a plate.
